Our  search and referral service aligns serious,
'actively searching' property clients against regional, local and city / town
based partner property agents.
How the Touchbase referral service works:
The process is simple - you sign up as a recognised property agent to
Charterhouse Homes, and we 'Touchbase' directly with you to supply you with
qualified, serious client referrals, searching for property and matching criteria
in your area/s. Should the client/s go on to purchase a property from you, you
pay Charterhouse Homes a simple agreed, single referral fee,
(not commission based).
Who / Which Agents can join Touchbase?
The 'Touchbase' referral service is open to ALL property agents, and
provides a valuable, additional (only for some of our agents) marketing route
and client / property matching service. The touchbase service is particularly
attractive to agents with limited marketing budgets looking to increase client
numbers and business opportunity. The service is also welcomed by agents
looking to reduce / minimize their time and effort against unqualified clients.
How much does the Touchbase service cost?
There are no set up or joining fees to begin taking advantage of this service.
You simply pay an agreed, single referral fee to Charterhouse Homes should
a client referral go on to purchase a property from you.
Note: A reduced referral rate will apply if the agent agrees to link
to Charterhouse Homes from their web site. Links must be placed
upon sign up to the Touchbase service and remain in place to
be awarded discounts (we regularly check our partners link status).

How do we sign up to the Touchbase service?
Simple - complete the below sign up form. On successful submission of this
form, we will send an email to you containing our agent / partner agreement
document. Please read, print, complete, sign and return this document to us
(as detailed within the document). Once we receive this document back from you,
your sign up is completed, we will welcome you to the Touchbase service and
begin working / sending you any matching client property referrals.
